PRESEASON
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:15pm
SEASON 2017
TRAINING: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15pm.
Training Venue is our Home Ground: Mayfield Reserve, Lewton Rd, Mount Waverley
MATCH DAY: Saturdays

PLAYER FEES
We would like to welcome you back/or for the first time to the club for the 2017 Season
​
The payment of your player fees are required to be met to be eligible to play at our club in 2017.
As part of that fee, it covers part of the SFL Affiliation Fees, Insurance, Umpires, Footballs and Football Records and you will also receive the following:
1. Membership of the club, which gives you AGM Voting Rights.
2. Don't have to sign the book and you can bring a guest into our social rooms
3. Training and Match Day Trainers and Medical Supplies
TOTAL FEE - $400.00
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* If you elect to leave the club via a clearence or having made the decision to stop playing football and you are paying via instalments, the remaining instalments will stop upon the club being notified.
* Upon special consideration due to unforseen circumstances, the club will review your situation and at its disrection decide whether to refund any money.
PLAYER INSURANCE
The Clubs Personal Injury cover provides Financial Assistance in three key areas.
1. Non Medicare Medical Benefits such as Ambulance, Physio, Dental, Chiro, Private Hospital & Accommodation
2. Loss of Income - whilst the club has no formal cover, we are able to arrange cover on an individual basis if required.
3. Capital Benefits - Loss of Limb.
Our Club injury cover provides:
* 75% reimbursement of medicals incurred, per claim (Max of $2500)
* $75 excess is payable per claim
* Capital Benefits coverage of $150,000 ($30,000 for Under 18's)
*Quadriplegia, Paraplegia coverage - Max of $250,000
The above is for NON Medicare cover only
The gap on Medicare payments is not covered under the above.
Private Cover needs to be considered for those that have that cover.

PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
* Play by the rules - the rules of the club and the laws of the game
* Never argue with an umpire or other official
* Control your temper - verbal abuse of officials, own team-mates and sledging opposition players that can bring the game into disrepute, does not help you or your team in its pursuit of winning games.
* Be a Team Player
* Treat all Players (including your own team mates) as you would like to be treated
* Co-operate with your coaches and umpires
* Don't use ugly remarks based on race, religion, gender or ability
* Be aware of your surroundings at all times, and support the clubs strong focus on creating a Family environment inclusive of Women and Children.
* As a player, we are asking you to support the club in its undertakings and encourage the club to take neccessary disciplined action including suspension and banning where warranted of any players for repeated or serious breaches of all points of the code of conduct policy.
