STRATEGIC GOALS
GOAL #1 | JUNIOR PATHWAY DEVELOPMENT
We understand to keep our club going into the future, we need juniors.
We are constantly in talks with numerous junior clubs to try and develop proper junior pathways that link up to our Senior Club.
This is an on-going process, with a plan to have a multiple junior teams established by 2017.
GOAL #2 | FRIDAY NIGHT GAMES
Another way to promote our club and create another revenue stream for us, is to host Friday Night Games.
For this to happen, we need to upgrade our light towers.
We are currently raising funds and forecast to have enough by mid-2016. This can allow upgrades to start late 2016 and hopefully host Friday night games by 2017.
GOAL #3 | REDEVELOPMENT OF FACILITIES
To further enhance the experience for both supporters watching the game and the players playing the game, we need to redevelop/upgrade the following areas:

Canteen/Kitchen (new bench tops, cupboards, oven/stove top & digital register/till)

Player Change Rooms (new showers/toilets & new lockers)

Outside viewing area (dig up area behind Pavilion end goals to create split level areas to properly hold Marquees, seats & covered standing area)

Wooden Veranda (where current DRY AREA is to allow a proper viewing area)
GOAL #4 | DIGITAL SCOREBOARD
To install a new Digital Scoreboard outside for spectators to be kept up to date with scores and sponsors branding.
